Cream of Artichoke Soup

Cream of Artichoke Soup

With live jazz music, wine, and delicious food, B Street & Vine is the perfect place for dates and small groups.

I came here for lunch one day, and we started off with their Cream of Artichoke Soup. The soup was smooth, velvety, and flavorful – just like a good cream soup should be!

Then we moved on to their most popular menu item: BRUSCHETTA!
Bruschetta (pronounced brew-sket-ta; NOT bru-shet-ta) is a traditional Italian appetizer of bread grilled or toasted with olive oil, usually topped with tomatoes and garlic. B Street & Vine offers a range of toppings, from simple ones like ‘gorgonzola and honey’ to fancier ones like ‘prosciutto with figs and mascarpone’.

With one order of bruschetta, you can choose four different toppings. We had (left to right):
Brie w/ Apples
Herbed Artichoke w/ Sundried Tomatoes
Fresh Mozzarella w/ Tomato and Basil
Smoked Salmon w/ Capers, Chives, and Mascarpone

Each bruschetta was split into four smaller pieces, which made it very easy to share. Being the hungry people that we are, we had originally been interested in two orders, but for some odd reason the server didn’t let us..! However, this actually turned out for the better because we were quite full by the time we were done. They definitely don’t skimp on the ingredients, so one order of bruschetta is a good portion for two people to share.

Whether you go with a significant other or a group of friends, I guarantee you’ll have a wonderful meal because of the food and atmosphere 🙂
