A sweet potato smoothie? Say whaaat?
It may sound strange to you, but I think it’s one of the best drinks evaaaaa. It’s really easy to make too!
- baked sweet potatoes
- milk – I prefer silk vanilla soy! (exact amt depends on how thick you like your smoothies)
- honey – or should I say heo-ney? Bahaha (this is optional for further sweetening)
If you add ice to make it cold, it’ll be like a milkshake! If you warm it up in the microwave, it’ll be comforting like a cup of hot chocolate. Don’t feel like drinking it hot or cold? Drinking it at room temperature will still put a smile on your face ^__^
